Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier’s website.
Handling Instructions: Due to the size of our products, we ask that you make any necessary arrangements to accommodate the delivery. This may include ensuring someone is available to receive the package or providing special instructions for delivery.
