At ComfyTails, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that issues may occur with your order. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@comfytails.in. Provided your order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a refund.

Refund Process: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 working days. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer refunds unless under exceptional circumstances. We provide exchanges only in the case of defective items. If you receive a defective item, please follow the steps below to qualify for an exchange:
  1. Notification: Notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment if you believe your product is defective. Please send an email to support@comfytails.in with detailed information about the defect.
  2. Proof of Defect: Attach clear photographs of the defect so we can assess the issue. Make sure the images clearly show the defect to avoid any delays in processing your exchange.
  3. Approval Process: Once we receive your email with the defect details, we will review the information provided. If your claim is approved, we will initiate the process for an exchange.
  4. Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement of the defective item at no additional cost to you. The replacement process will be communicated to you via email, and we will keep you updated on the status of your exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of the date of delivery, as recorded by our shipping provider.
  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement item. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

Exceptions

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned for an exchange, such as:
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Items purchased with gift cards
